Relationship Officer – Business Development (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Officer for Business Development within our banking division. The role focuses on promoting bank products, acquiring high‑value customers, managing loan and deposit portfolios, and building long‑term client relationships to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new high‑net‑worth and corporate clients, promote bank products and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums, manage credit risk within approved limits, and ensure deposit growth and timely loan repayments.
• Complete account opening documentation in strict compliance with KYC guidelines.
• Represent the bank at industry forums, seminars and receptions to monitor competitors and uncover market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum of a first degree in any discipline; a master’s degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
• Post‑graduation experience in marketing banking products/services is not mandatory, but relevant experience is valued.

Required skills

• Strong sales, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan and credit appraisal systems.
• Strategic thinking, analytical problem‑solving and client‑management capabilities.

What we offer

• Salary range: 645,165.01 – 871,661.80 (no commission).
