Regional Coordinator – Ondo

About the role

The Regional Coordinator is a line‑manager position responsible for overseeing regional operations, profitability and team performance in Ondo. Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, the role includes recruitment, training and coaching of the regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quarterly and monthly growth plans to achieve target active customers, monthly recurring revenue and ARPU.
• Manage regional profit and loss, inventory execution, and ensure compliance with inventory policies.
• Recruit, train and coach Jaza Stars, Super Stars, Inventory Stars and Tech Stars.
• Resolve service interruptions, customer complaints and hub technical issues.
• Maintain relationships with local government officials and represent the company in legal affairs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on progress, growth and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in last‑mile community sales.
• Experience managing junior sales executives and driving team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
