Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and guiding clients through the sales process to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, cold calling and other marketing channels.
• Market and promote residential, commercial, land and investment properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets and present suitable property options.
• Arrange and conduct property inspections and site visits.
• Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, documentation and payment options.
• Negotiate prices and terms while protecting company interests.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and sales information.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, leads and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Stay informed about market trends, competing developments and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, documentation and property management teams to facilitate transactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and participate in exhibitions, open houses and networking events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Real Estate, Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
