About the role
We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our residential estates in Port Harcourt. The role involves ensuring smooth maintenance, security, and tenant satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage estate operations, maintenance, and security services.
- Supervise estate personnel and external vendors.
- Handle tenant issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor facilities, infrastructure, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with estate rules and company policies.
- Submit regular performance and incident reports.
Required profile
- HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management or a related field (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3–5 years hands‑on estate management experience.
- Experience managing large or multi‑unit residential estates is an advantage.
- Strong people‑management and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of facilities management and service coordination.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.
