Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The Quality Control Analyst will work closely with clients to evaluate and improve their operational processes. Based in Port Harcourt, the role involves on‑site assessments, data analysis and the design of workflow enhancements to boost performance.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss focus areas and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to analyse equipment and existing processes.
• Interview staff and management to assess procedural effectiveness.
• Gather and process data to pinpoint performance gaps.
• Design workflow and process strategies that enhance business outcomes.
• Create and present process reports for client approval.
• Oversee implementation of revised processes and monitor their efficacy.
• Stay current with emerging business practices and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience with ISO management systems, internal/lead auditor roles, and implementation.
• Proven portfolio of completed quality‑control projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside in Lagos.
