Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead education‑focused projects for Centre Point Multi Solutions Group in Abuja. The role involves planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities, budgets and stakeholder engagements to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones and implementation activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational leadership to project team members.
• Coordinate with ESOs, Centres of Excellence, institutions and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor project, implementation and monitoring budgets.
• Develop stakeholder management, engagement and communication plans.
• Produce regular project status updates and comprehensive weekend reports.
• Identify risks, gaps and delays, and implement mitigation actions.
• Interpret project data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, action trackers and decision records.
• Escalate significant issues to the Project Director and work closely with M&E Lead.
• Travel to project locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in project management, programme coordination or related operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience with donor‑funded, technology or education projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with incubation centres, innovation hubs or Centres of Excellence is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 are advantageous.
