Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead manufacturing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines and budgets. This senior position requires coordination across internal departments, factories and client teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Review project scope, drawings, specifications and client requirements to develop detailed execution plans.
• Define milestones, allocate resources and monitor progress against agreed schedules.
• Serve as the primary client contact, conduct kick‑off meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Liaise with Production, Procurement and Quality teams to align manufacturing schedules, material availability and quality inspections.
• Coordinate site delivery, installation and hand‑over activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, review variation requests and support billing milestones.
• Prepare weekly status reports, highlight risks and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (minimum 5 years) in project or product management within manufacturing or warehousing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal departments and external contractors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address production bottlenecks and budget issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
