Project Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring high‑quality design and compliance with regulations. This role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Review construction work and provide architectural guidance.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• B.Arch or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
• Professional registration or certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and project documentation.
• Good understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools.
