About the role
The Project Architect will lead the design and documentation of hotel and mixed‑use projects from concept through construction. The position is full‑time, based in Lagos with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, detailed drawings and specifications for hospitality and mixed‑use developments.
- Coordinate design integration with interior design, engineering and procurement teams, and review submittals.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables and ensure compliance with local and international building codes, brand standards and sustainability requirements.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Architecture and registration or eligibility for registration with a recognized architectural body.
- Strong BIM and project management skills, with experience handling submittals and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality design, preferably on West African projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit or other BIM platforms.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Experience with visualization tools for architectural presentation.
