Program Manager (Accelerators & Strategic Programs)

About the role

Crednet Technologies Limited is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Program Manager in Lagos to lead its participation in global accelerators, incubators, venture studios and non-dilutive funding programs. The role owns the end-to-end application pipeline, from identifying the right programs to preparing submissions and securing placements in high-value startup programs worldwide, working closely with founders and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a database of accelerators, incubators, venture studios, government innovation programs, grants and competitions, track deadlines and eligibility, and run a rolling 3-6 month application calendar.
• Prepare and submit applications, including written responses, pitch decks, founder bios, product descriptions, metrics, financial data and demo materials, with zero missed deadlines.
• Gather information from founders, turn it into strong application narratives, prepare briefing documents and ensure consistent messaging.
• Support founders through interviews: build Q&A prep, run mock sessions and manage follow-ups with program teams.
• Track acceptance rates and outcomes, recommend programs to prioritize, and suggest application timing.
• Identify grants and competitions, coordinate materials and track outcomes.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in startup operations, program management, venture capital support, founder associate or accelerator/incubator roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills, exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong research skills and comfort working directly with founders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, structured thinker, fast executor and strong communicator.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience applying to or working with YC, Techstars, Antler or global accelerators.
• Grant writing, deck editing and startup ecosystem knowledge.
• Familiarity with Notion, Airtable or similar tools.
