Business Support Manager

About the role

Loma Bespoke Staffing is hiring a Business Support Manager in Lagos (Marina) to oversee daily business administration and office management, and provide administrative and operational support for cargo movement and logistics activities. The role also covers customer relations, procurement coordination, budget support and staff scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business administration and office management.
• Provide administrative and operational support for cargo movement and logistics activities.
• Manage customer enquiries, client relationships and service delivery.
• Ensure proper shipment documentation, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory and vendor relationships.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring, cost control and financial reporting.
• Coordinate staff activities, schedules and human resource administration.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor performance and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business support, administration, logistics or operations coordination.
• Experience in cargo, freight forwarding, shipping or clearing and forwarding is an advantage.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and cargo movement procedures.
• Knowledge of Nigerian business and logistics regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of business administration, procurement, customer service and operational support processes.
