About the role
Pomovina Fresh is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations at its Abuja facility. You will ensure that all food products meet the highest quality and safety standards while driving efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules.
- Guarantee consistent product quality and compliance with standards.
- Enforce food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, cleaning, temperature control, and HACCP procedures.
- Monitor production costs, yields, ingredient usage, wastage, spoilage and implement cost‑saving measures.
- Manage inventory, maintain accurate documentation and report to the CEO.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar production management role.
Required skills
- HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Temperature control and sanitation standards.
- Inventory management and cost control.
- SOP compliance and documentation.
