Product Manager - Financial Technology

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is hiring a mid-level Product Manager for its Product & Engineering department. The role drives product vision, strategy and execution, working with engineering, design and marketing to turn customer needs into products that meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and objectives to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRDs).
• Lead product development from concept to launch, keeping projects on time.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to prioritize features and align efforts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, trends and competition.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with milestones and deliverables.
• Prioritize features by business value, customer impact and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
• Manage product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.
• Gather and analyze post-launch feedback and iterate on products.
• Align product strategy with company goals and stay up to date on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field; advanced degree or certification is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in product management or related roles.
• Willingness to start immediately.
