About the role
The POS Operator will handle point‑of‑sale transactions for customers in a banking environment. The role requires accurate cash handling, customer service and daily reconciliation of transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Process POS transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
- Receive and handle cash responsibly, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain daily transaction records and reconcile cash balances at the end of each workday.
- Monitor transaction charges, report discrepancies and flag POS machine issues promptly.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized and protect customer information.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level certificate; must be female.
- Basic numeracy, calculation and good communication skills.
- Honesty, integrity, attention to detail and punctuality.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions responsibly.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ikeja, Lagos State.
