About the role
The Plant HR Business Partner will lead end‑to‑end HR solutions at the plant level, aligning with corporate HR strategy while supporting the unique demands of cement manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to plant management, advising on workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy.
- Implement HR policies, frameworks and programmes in line with corporate directives.
- Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, deployment of skilled talent and performance management processes.
- Manage employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive productivity and lead change‑management initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years at Head of Department level.
- Proven experience in plant or manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related social sciences; additional engineering qualification is a plus.
- Chartered HR practitioner (CIPMN/SHRM/CIPD) required.
