Performance Tester

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
• Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks, failures, and capacity issues.
• Create and maintain performance test scripts and test scenarios.
• Monitor system resources, response times, throughput, and application stability.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and technical teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct baseline and regression performance testing after system changes.
• Recommend improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support performance testing across web, mobile, APIs, and backend systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance testing or software quality assurance (minimum 5 years).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional technical teams.

Required skills

• JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling or similar performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, HTTP protocols, and cloud environments.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis.
