About the role

We are looking for a dynamic People & Programmes Manager to join MyDreamConnect Academy. The role focuses on empowering young people through well‑structured programmes and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate youth programmes across multiple locations.
Manage school‑based projects and ensure timely delivery.
Support and supervise volunteers, providing guidance and resources.
Organise bootcamps and training events for participants.
Lead community outreach activities to expand programme impact.
Monitor programme quality and ensure excellent delivery standards.
