About the role
MyDreamConnect Academy is looking for a dynamic People & Programmes Manager to lead youth initiatives, coordinate school projects and support volunteers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact programmes that empower the next generation of leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee youth programmes across multiple locations.
- Manage school‑based projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers and interns.
- Organise bootcamps and training sessions for participants.
- Lead community‑outreach activities and partnerships.
- Monitor programme delivery quality and report on outcomes.
