About the role
The Human Resource Administrator will support the HR function for both factory and office staff at Purple360. This full‑time position involves maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, certifications, leave and attendance data in the HRIS.
- Prepare and issue employment letters, contracts, confirmations and other HR correspondence.
- Support recruitment administration, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules and leave records; reconcile data for payroll processing.
- Act as first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits and procedures, and assist with disciplinary and grievance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour law and company policies, support statutory filings and prepare routine HR reports.
Required profile
- BSc degree (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR administration role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
- Experience using biometric attendance or clock‑in systems.
