Partnerships & Community Organization Specialist

About the role

Rise Networks is seeking a proactive, strategic, and relationship‑oriented Partnerships & Community Organization Specialist to develop strategic partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, and strengthen communities around AI, technology, education, and social‑impact initiatives. The successful candidate will identify partnership opportunities, engage relevant organisations, coordinate community activities, and build sustainable networks that advance the organisation’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage potential partners across technology, government, academia, NGOs and the private sector.
• Prepare partnership proposals, concept notes, collaboration frameworks and support negotiation of MoUs.
• Build, grow and manage communities around AI, technology and education programmes, coordinating events, webinars and meetups.
• Maintain regular communication with partners, track deliverables and ensure commitments are met.
• Develop reports on partnership activities, community growth and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, community management or stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with organisations and institutional stakeholders.
• Experience developing proposals, presentations and partnership documentation.
• Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and networking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
