Partnership Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention and portfolio growth within our Private Banking division. The role focuses on building strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and delivering tailored banking and wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, balance‑sheet growth and profitability for the Private Banking portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNIs) and key stakeholders.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and business development opportunities.
• Recommend tailored banking, financial and wealth‑management solutions based on client needs.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives, sales campaigns and market‑penetration strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, risk, compliance and related business metrics.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and product fulfilment for new and existing customers.
• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities to strengthen the Private Banking proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative banking solutions.

Required profile

• First degree minimum; postgraduate qualification or professional certification is a plus.
• At least 7 years of continuous banking experience, especially in Sales and Credit within the Private Banking/HNI segment.
• Hands‑on experience in credit analysis, administration, sales, relationship management, customer service and product development at a managerial level.
• Proven experience completing and managing credit applications.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, financial advisory services, banking operations, trade services, leasing and relevant banking laws and regulations.
• Good understanding of economic trends and their impact on the banking and financial services sector.
