Operations Manager - Logistics & Delivery

About the role

JAM-Forte Logistics Co. Ltd is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Abuja to oversee its day-to-day logistics, dispatch and delivery operations. The role covers supervision of riders and drivers, fleet monitoring and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics, dispatch and delivery operations
• Supervise riders, drivers and operations staff
• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance and fuel usage
• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve service issues quickly
• Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Coordinate with customer service, admin and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required profile

• HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in logistics or operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Abuja's routes and delivery zones
