Driver - Abuja

About the role

EHA Clinics, a comprehensive health care service provider in Nigeria, is hiring a driver based in Abuja. The driver operates the company's motor vehicles, handles official travel and errands, and shuttles people and patients safely. Applicants must be residents of Lokogoma, Abuja or its immediate environs.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employees and other individuals as directed, including shuttle runs for campaigns, ambulance transport of patients, airport transfers and distribution runs.
• Keep vehicles in a safe and clean condition, report damage or mechanical faults and recommend repairs.
• Maintain pick-up and drop-off schedules and follow notification procedures when absent.
• Travel frequently between company work sites and observe traffic rules and speed limits.
• Report safety, security and driving incidents to the supervisor immediately and follow company policies on mobile phones, smoking and prohibited equipment in vehicles.
• Follow company regulations, the Code of Conduct and ethical standards, and take part in staff meetings, training and community health activities.

Required profile

• Resident of Lokogoma, Abuja or its immediate environs.
• Secondary school completion and certificates or licenses for vehicle operation.
• Basic knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance, and some prior experience as a chauffeur.
• Good knowledge of local streets and primary destinations.

Pay is NGN 150,000 per month gross.
