About the role
Lead oil and gas projects and oversee field operations for Frointierex Limited in Lagos, ensuring effective delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, contractors, and technical teams to drive project delivery.
- Support tender preparation, project planning, execution, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in oil and gas operations, preferably in Nigeria.
- Proven exposure to drilling and well operations.
Required skills
- Rig operations, drilling processes, well control, casing, cementing, drilling fluids.
- HSE compliance, regulatory knowledge, operational risk management.
- Relevant certifications such as IWCF, IADC, HSE (advantageous).
What we offer
- Salary up to NGN 1,200,000 per month.
- HMO health coverage and a 13th‑month salary.
