Production Supervisor (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations at Jawa International Limited, ensuring efficient, safe, and GMP‑compliant production of pharmaceutical products. You will manage a team of operators and technicians, drive production targets, and uphold high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production operators and technicians during shifts.
• Ensure all activities follow approved SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records and GMP standards.
• Monitor processes to meet efficiency targets and product quality.
• Conduct in‑process checks, sampling and testing, and resolve deviations promptly.
• Enforce safety, health and environmental policies on the shop floor.
• Train, mentor and evaluate production staff to improve performance and compliance.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs and reports.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• B.Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related sciences.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in a supervisory role.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production documentation systems.
