Water Treatment Supervisor

About the role

The Water Treatment Supervisor will oversee the operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and associated utilities, ensuring continuous and efficient service across designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and maintenance of the WTP, including boreholes, treatment units, and distribution systems.
• Supervise installation and execution of WTP projects, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Plan and manage spare parts availability for WTP equipment.
• Lead water treatment technicians and plumbers, handling shift schedules and task allocation.
• Monitor and maintain boiler piping systems and compressed air loops.
• Review daily maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and utilities.
• Supervisory and team management experience.
• Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
