About the role
The Operations Manager will lead daily business activities for our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Port Harcourt. This role focuses on streamlining processes, supervising staff, and ensuring that operational targets are met efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Streamline daily business operations, workflows, and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage, train, and supervise department staff, set performance goals, and monitor daily outputs.
- Allocate operational resources, oversee department budgets, and control overhead costs.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor management, inventory levels, and logistics as needed.
- Ensure products and services meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and safety policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar operations role.

- Salary: NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month.
