Operations & Growth Associate

About the role

Kubona is looking for an Operations & Growth Associate to be the primary point of contact for customers while supporting product, marketing and technology initiatives. The role blends customer experience, content management and cross‑functional growth activities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests with empathy, analyse feedback and provide actionable insights.
• Support the product team by uploading and managing website and social media content, ensuring a premium digital experience.
• Assist marketing campaigns, conduct market research and analyse user‑engagement data.
• Collaborate with technology/product teams to test new features, give UX feedback and perform basic technical troubleshooting.
• Create product text, images and videos for website and social channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑NYSC experience in a fast‑paced corporate or startup environment.
• Resides within 15 km of Oniru, Lekki and can work full‑time on‑site.
• Highly teachable, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and excellent emotional intelligence.
• Adaptable mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using AI or other programming technologies for basic troubleshooting.
