Mobile Application Developer

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join its team in Lagos. The role is full-time and hybrid, at mid level, and involves designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance mobile applications across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of the apps.
• Work with UX/UI designers to build user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code following established standards.
• Test apps thoroughly to find and fix bugs, performance issues and bottlenecks.
• Integrate apps with backend services and external APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug apps and work with product owners on project requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a track record of successful projects.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture, design principles and best practices.
• UI/UX design principles and familiarity with RESTful API integration.
• Understanding of mobile app security protocols.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Willingness to start immediately.

Required skills

• Flutter for mobile development.
• Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android) are an added advantage.
• Mobile testing frameworks.
