MIS Executive

About the role

The MIS Executive will create and maintain reports using Excel and MS SQL Server to provide the company with daily business insights and support senior management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Create, generate and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales, quality and client service reports.
• Prepare monthly performance status reports for senior management.
• Collate, analyse and present quarterly and half‑yearly company performance details.
• Design and present MIS dashboards to relevant departments.
• Standardise reporting formats across clients, departments and teams.
• Conduct ad‑hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required.
• Maintain service agreement details and validate data with business development, client services and quality teams.
• Prepare quality dashboards and measure service level targets against benchmarks.
• Forecast workforce availability through workflow MIS reports and trend analysis.

Required profile

• Strong ability to collate, analyse and present performance data.
• Experience preparing reports for senior management and cross‑functional teams.
