Medical Tourism Manager

About the role

The Medical Tourism Manager will develop and manage travel packages that combine medical treatment and vacation experiences for patients from developing and third‑world countries. The role involves coordinating with healthcare facilities worldwide, promoting cost‑effective medical solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop presentation materials on overseas medical treatment costs, patient testimonials, and conduct lectures and conferences for prospective clients.
• Provide direction and leadership to design suitable travel packages that balance medical treatment and vacation value at competitive prices.
• Outsource promotional materials to third‑party creative agencies for online and traditional media placements as required.
• Develop operational standards for screening overseas medical and healthcare professionals to maintain a high industry reputation.
• Assist patients and their relatives in processing travel documentation.
• Conduct final screening interviews with applicants acting as medical travel agents.
• Carry out any other job‑related activities as needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations, customs and currency handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical tourism, travel coordination, or related fields.
