Medical Sales Lead

About the role

The Medical Sales Lead will drive business development for our health‑tech platform, presenting solutions to medical directors, clinic owners and hospital administrators across Lagos and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product presentations and live demos to healthcare decision‑makers, building a high‑conversion sales pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and SLAs to close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, medical associations and client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
• Record accurate sales data, account logs and interaction reports in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biological Sciences, Health Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales success in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or health‑tech platforms.
• Existing relationships with private/public healthcare facilities in Lagos are strongly preferred.
• Resides in or can easily commute to Ajah, Lagos.
