Marketing Project Manager, Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager to design and run the operating system for our paid media team. You will own the end‑to‑end workflow for 25‑30 accounts, building capacity models, creative pipelines and creator sourcing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run ClickUp as the single source of truth, creating templates, intake forms, automations and dashboards.
• Own capacity planning across media buyers, designers and video editors, flagging overload before deadlines are missed.
• Track every creative deliverable from request to QA, ensuring revisions and approvals are completed on time.
• Source, negotiate and manage creators, handling rates, usage rights, order tracking and cost allocation.
• Lead client onboarding, standardising account access collection, ClickUp setup and reporting configuration.
• Build landing pages and advertorials using Claude Code, ship them to Shopify or client stacks.
• Maintain accurate client reporting dashboards and build internal tools, automations and SOPs with AI.
• Identify communication gaps early, coordinate meetings, capture action items and flag at‑risk accounts.

Required profile

• Elite organisational skills with a proven ability to close loops without being chased.
• Experience building or substantially rebuilding project‑management systems in tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com.
• Highly AI‑enabled, comfortable creating solutions with Claude, Claude Code or comparable agents.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates gaps rather than reacts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; fluent English.
• Comfortable negotiating rates and timelines with creators.
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent projects across many accounts.
• Detail‑obsessed with a high standard for quality and accuracy.
