Marketing Officer

About the role

Seal Energy is seeking a Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital content, and support brand promotion across its hospitality operations. The role will involve close collaboration with sales and other departments to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Maintain the organization’s social media presence and monitor engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, promotions, and product launches.
• Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, newsletters, and other promotional content.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
