Senior Growth & Performance Marketer

About the role

Aixept Technologies is looking for a Senior Growth & Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition, optimise conversion funnels and drive data‑focused customer acquisition for its SaaS offering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, including audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion‑focused ads.
• Monitor the full marketing funnel from awareness to paid conversion, optimise landing pages, CTAs and nurture journeys via CRM, email and WhatsApp.
• Define target customer segments, industry priorities and ideal customer profiles, and maintain brand positioning and messaging.
• Track performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and produce regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to test positioning through measurable campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and a strong understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation.
• Comfortable working with analytics tools, spreadsheets and marketing dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth decisions.
