Synergy Nigeria Ltd is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives within the real‑estate sector. You will be responsible for shaping brand perception, driving growth, and collaborating closely with sales and other teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage both digital and traditional marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and oversee promotional content and campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Manage social media channels and maintain an online brand presence.
• Coordinate with sales and cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Creative, analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
