About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Marketer to promote and sell our company’s properties, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships in Port Harcourt. The role combines sales activities with marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Market and sell company properties to potential clients.
- Generate leads, conduct site inspections, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Meet sales targets and submit weekly performance reports.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
- Outspoken, smart, presentable, and confident.
- Goal‑driven, persuasive, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Residence in proximity to NTA Road, Port Harcourt.
