Managing Director – Property & Facilities Management

About the role

Paltonloitte Limited, the integrated real‑estate services arm of Palton Morgan Holdings, is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead its property and facilities management business across Nigeria and West Africa. You will own the strategic direction and operational execution of the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full strategic leadership and commercial direction for Paltonloitte Limited.
• Oversee end‑to‑end property management for residential, commercial and mixed‑use assets.
• Drive revenue growth across brokerage, leasing and facilities‑management contracts.
• Lead tenant acquisition, retention, rent administration and occupancy optimisation.
• Manage integrated facilities services including maintenance, security, utilities and space optimisation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with property owners, investors, tenants and institutional partners.
• Set pricing strategy, negotiate contracts and ensure service‑level compliance.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team across operations, sales and facilities.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management or real‑estate services.
• Proven leadership of multi‑site property portfolios or real‑estate service operations.
• Strong background in leasing, brokerage or asset management.
• Deep familiarity with Nigerian real‑estate regulations and market dynamics.
• Technology‑driven approach to property and facilities management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
