Real Estate Investment Advisor – Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to act as a Real Estate Investment Advisor for our Lagos office. The role focuses on driving sales of premium property investments, building relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture a network of high‑net‑worth investors interested in premium real‑estate opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and deal closure.
• Collaborate with the acquisition and marketing teams to present curated property portfolios.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting using internal CRM tools.
• Provide market insights and investment advice to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales or investment advisory.
• Established network of potential property buyers and investors, particularly high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.

• Base salary ranging from N500,000 to N800,000, commensurate with experience.
