Manager, Provider Relations

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Relations to lead and streamline provider network operations across multiple emerging markets. The role focuses on building consistent, efficient processes, strengthening relationships, and enhancing both provider and member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Improve provider experience by developing simple, positive processes and addressing pain points while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Measure, monitor and improve provider network performance using data, dashboards, and coaching.
• Enhance member experience at providers by reducing wait times, raising care quality, and designing incentive programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Claims, Tariffs, and Case Management to align provider‑facing processes.
• Lead and develop the provider acquisition and relationship management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, health insurance or similar.
• Proven success managing external partnerships or networks, including onboarding and contracting.
• Strong leadership experience with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Authorized to work in Nigeria, Senegal or Côte d’Ivoire with knowledge of local regulations.
