Machine Wig Marker

About the role

The Machine Wig Marker will construct high‑quality, machine‑made wigs using human hair and extensions. Working in our Marina facility, you will ensure each wig meets customer specifications and our strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, prepare and customize wig caps to required sizes.
• Sew wefts neatly and securely using industrial or domestic sewing machines.
• Cut, style, curl, straighten or customize wigs as required.
• Perform bleaching of knots, plucking, tinting and basic finishing.
• Inspect completed wigs for symmetry, durability and overall quality.
• Correct any defects before packaging and maintain production records.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets and assist with packaging for delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or vocational training in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Fashion or related field.
• At least 12 months of proven experience in machine wig making.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Sewing machine operation for wig construction.
• Wig construction techniques using human hair and lace closures.
• Hair handling, styling and basic finishing (bleaching, tinting, plucking).
• Quality inspection and defect correction.
