About the role

The Logistics Specialist III will lead the optimisation of aviation and marine transport strategies to meet remote, on‑shore and offshore operational demands. This senior‑level position supports commissioning, start‑up phases and ensures strict safety and environmental compliance across all logistics workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise transport plans for aviation and marine assets supporting remote energy projects.
• Coordinate critical material transfers with precise timing for commissioning and start‑up activities.
• Implement and enforce SSHE management standards and maintenance management protocols throughout logistics operations.
• Provide high‑level technical support to operational teams, aligning logistics procedures with project goals.
• Represent logistics during emergency drills and incident response planning to maintain site safety compliance.
• Produce data‑driven reports and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to improve resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of logistics and operational support experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep knowledge of logistics technologies, marine operations and related technical terminology.
• Proven ability to manage complex SSHE and maintenance frameworks in high‑risk environments.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills within strict safety parameters.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence across diverse organisational levels.
