Lead Generator (BDR)

About the role

Pan Finance, a global financial intelligence publisher with offices in London, Barcelona, Lagos and Sharjah, is looking for an experienced lead generator to join its team at the start of the sales cycle. The role is on-site in the Lagos office on the Mainland, opposite 7up in Ikeja, and focuses on identifying and prequalifying new leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential leads
• Research and prequalify leads so they meet the criteria
• Build initial relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent communication with potential leads
• Analyse market trends to spot new lead opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over leads smoothly
• Track and report lead generation metrics
• Communicate with senior decision-makers to gather insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales or lead generation
• Understanding of financial services and international markets is a plus
• Proactive attitude, excellent comprehension and communication skills
• Ability to work independently after training and strong teamwork

Required skills

• CRM experience preferred

What we offer

• Basic salary of 100 GBP (180,000-200,000 Naira)
• Monthly commissions of up to 500,000-1,000,000 Naira depending on conversions
