Language Recruiter (Global Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a Language Recruiter to support our fast‑growing global hiring operations. The role is project‑based and on‑call, focusing on sourcing, screening and coordinating multilingual candidates for a variety of AI and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multilingual and project‑based hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through company tools, professional networks, referrals and independent outreach across multiple regions and time zones.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and interviews in English with candidates worldwide.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS updates and daily activity reports.
• Track pipeline movement, outreach efforts and interview activity, and support onboarding and post‑hire engagement.
• Adapt to fluctuating workload, handling urgent or weekend hiring initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Attentive and detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable sourcing and screening candidates globally.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions‑oriented, able to work independently while maintaining accountability.
• Willingness to work on an on‑call, project‑based schedule with variable hours.
