About the role
We are looking for remote recruiters to join the RecXchange platform and submit candidates for live global vacancies. Recruiters work independently, earn placement fees of $3,000‑$11,000 per successful hire, and can operate from anywhere.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review live global job openings on the platform.
- Source and submit qualified candidates into active hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared roles.
- Track candidate progress and receive placement fees when hires are made.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
- Freelance recruiters building their own business.
- Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
- Professionals with strong candidate networks.
