Junior Product Manager

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join its Product & Engineering team. The role supports the product lifecycle from idea to launch, helping define roadmaps, prioritize features and work with development, design and marketing teams. It is a full-time, hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and objectives to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Lead product development from concept to launch and manage product launches with marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to prioritize features and align efforts.
• Conduct market research and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap and prioritize features by business value, customer impact and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key performance metrics and act as the voice of the customer.
• Gather and analyze post-launch feedback and iterate on products.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies, and align product strategy with company goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with analytical, strategic and customer-centric thinking.
