About the role
We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage our website and provide day‑to‑day technology support for our team. The role involves ensuring the website is up‑to‑date, secure, and functional while assisting staff with their IT needs.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain the organisation's website, including project information, news and resources.
- Manage website security, backups, hosting and technical issues.
- Support staff with computers, email, internet connectivity and workplace software.
- Help maintain IT equipment, user accounts and digital tools used across projects.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience managing websites, preferably using WordPress or a similar platform.
- Practical experience troubleshooting computers, software and internet connectivity.
- Knowledge of website security, backups and hosting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to support colleagues with varying levels of technical experience.
- A qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.
