Inventory Officer – Manage Stock & Reporting

About the role

The Inventory Officer will ensure accurate stock records and support the procurement and warehouse teams at Rotic Aluminium. You will be responsible for tracking inventory movements, reconciling physical counts, and providing timely reports to management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date records of inventory levels, stock counts, movements and adjustments.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system data.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely receipt and proper storage of goods.
• Handle inventory issuance, returns and resolve any discrepancies.
• Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements and variances for management review.
• Implement and uphold inventory control procedures to minimise losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum OND certification in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems.
