Inventory Control Analyst

About the role

The Inventory Control Analyst will lead the design and execution of advanced inventory procedures for our oil and gas facilities in Nigeria. You will ensure stock records are accurate, support material flow for projects, and provide data‑driven insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control processes to achieve 100% record accuracy across all onsite facilities.
• Lead ERP system integration and maintenance to streamline material tracking, procurement data, and reporting.
• Perform financial analysis of inventory variances and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to align material flow with project timelines and resource demands.
• Produce routine reports on inventory health, usage trends, and cost‑efficiency benchmarks.
• Oversee audits of onsite inventory systems to ensure compliance with organizational and safety standards.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in inventory management or financial analysis within the oil & gas or industrial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale inventory reconciliation and logistics planning independently.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, complex data models).
• Expertise in managing enterprise‑grade ERP systems.
