About the role
Rucy Foods Enterprise is seeking an Intercontinental Chef to create and serve authentic dishes from a variety of global cuisines in its Port Harcourt location.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate authentic dishes from Italian, Chinese, Indian, French, American and other international culinary traditions.
- Design seasonal, themed or fusion menus, introduce new recipes and adapt dishes to customer tastes and dietary needs.
- Maintain strict consistency in taste, texture, portion sizes and visual presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff, delegate prep tasks and coordinate workflow during busy service hours.
- Monitor inventory, order ingredients, minimise waste and help manage food costs and pricing.
- Enforce health, sanitation and food safety regulations and inspect ingredient freshness.
- Mentor junior cooks and commis chefs on global cooking techniques and recipe standards.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a similar chef role.

- Remuneration of NGN 150,000 per month.
